There are three factors I have always said to keep in mind when buying a new home.
One, always do your due diligence on the property, get a quality inspector & insulate your risk. Two, research the school districts in the area you are looking; staying in quality school zones is a fantastic way to keep your investment insulated from the downside (as much as you can). Finally, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION; This slogan has been shouted from the rooftops for years in the industry. Here's why, if you need to turn around and sell in the future; home's in quality area's & great school district's will arguably always command more of a premium.

Metro Atlanta Market Update 1/21/22

Even though average home prices in the Metro Area are still at an all time high, we are starting to see a flattening in the chart.
 Meaning prices are not increasing or decreasing right now. Like I said, this is actually very healthy for the market, we want to
see these prices maintain their strength from the craziness over the past year or so.
