Inventory in the first 3 weeks of May hits record high since the start of the pandemic. 

All we have heard for the past 20 months is how inventory is at a record low, which was true. We have not seen this level of inventory since May of 2020. Now, the month is not over yet; this number can fluctuate till the months end. However, this is a good sign that we are seeing an influx of inventory hitting the market, at the same time that demand is beginning to soften amid rising mortgage rates. Maybe this will mean there is a normalization coming to this market.
