Is Convenience Key In Today's Luxury Market?

The word on the street these days is that buyers will buy anything they can get their hands on and, while that might be correct to an extent, "luxury buyer's" seem to be willing to hold out more for that turn key home. While the rest of the market continues to soar, the luxury market is showing to be much more stringent. The properties done well and most importantly, PRICED RIGHT will go quick, however you are starting to see the properties that are in need of some love and OVER priced are sitting! Maybe it signals a switch in the market, maybe it doesn't, only time will tell.
