THE MAINSTREAM FOG WILL SETTLE...SEE PAST THE SMOKE AND YOU WILL SEE THE TRUTH IS FAIR MORE MUNDANE

I swear I hear on a day-to-day basis, "Is the market going to crash", "I am going to wait until the market crashes" , and my personal favorite "You agents are toast, it is 08 all over again".  

This is partly brought on by the daily nonsense the media puts out. Facts are facts and I am by no means denying that, but you can present them in a manor to fit your narrative. Real estate, like any asset market, can be volatile when looked at in the short term. Look at the stock market since the beginning of the year. My point is, real estate is a long play. Let's zoom out and look at the year over year data....

• Closed Median Price Is Up 13.9% 
• Close Price to List Price is Down Only 0.6%
• # Of Days To Sell Went From 6 Days to 7 Days 
• Months Of Inventory Went From 2 Months to 2.8 Months 

Let's be honest, overall, if we were to describe this data with one word it would be BORING. The market needs to normalize, we went through 18 + months of craziness. It would be more worrisome if we did not correct. The real estate market is not supposed to resemble a Bitcoin chart. It is slow & mundane, we are inching our way back to that normalcy.
