New mortgage applications fall amidst rising rates. This is happening at the same time that inventory is beginning to build during the spring market.

IS THE MARKET FINALLY BEGINNING TO FLIP? Let's not act like anyone has a crystal ball. Every "GURU" will act like they are a genie and can for-see the future, most of them are full of it. All I will say is history tends to repeat itself. When the FED raises rates and mortgage rates go significantly higher, it is only natural for demand to fall and prices to follow. By no means at ALL am I trying to say we are in an 08 situation. In my opinion, it seems like it would be more similar to a 2019 short term decline in demand &/or pricing. 

ONLY TIME WILL TELL.. What do you think??
